East Chartered Surveyors have a linage through auctioneers to 1857 and Captain Samuel Aldred. We are proud of our track record with regards to selling property and land by auction. Sold at Auction - Oct 2017 for Residential Conversion

An Imposing land mark building on the north side of St Peters Street in Central Lowestoft. The church had a meeting room and facilities including a smaller meeting room toilets and kitchen. The property was offered for sale in the expectation of residential conversion re-development or commercial use all of which maybe appropriate subject to planning consents.
